He helped around 600 Americans/Afghans to evacuate from Kabul to Bahrain/US in Aug 2021 with the help of special forces, US charter planes, & diplomatic connections in Asia/Africa/Middle east countries. He fundraised around $6M from philanthropic donors including many veteran/civil families. He helped over 750 Afghan families in food assistance and other people suffering in Afghanistan and other countries. He worked with Uber Technologies from Feb ’22 to Feb’23 and created a talent management strategy for a global Cybersecurity/Application security group in the US/Canada/Amsterdam/Mexico/India that innovates applications and security for over 1,000 app services. Prior to Uber, he served as Senior Talent management professional leader at Amazon Web Services, Providence healthcare hospitals, and Corporate and Innovative startups. He served as an Executive Vice president and was a Board Member for Hug Innovations. He was responsible for growing Hug Innovations through corporate partnerships, distribution, and talent acquisition of Innovative teams in Gestures, AI/MLS, and other technologies. Hug Innovations was acquired by TATA—Titan Group of India. Prior to joining Hug Innovations Corp., Mr. Rachulapalli served as Director of iShield IT LLC which he founded, developed, and implemented talent acquisition initiatives to different projects in minimizing cost and better-quality solutions to customers. Prior to this he was with TechStar Group as a Director of Business development onsite for Microsoft, Redmond, WA winning projects in application development and solutions in Engineering/MSIT/Finance/Azure. He formerly served as Branch lead of Kelly IT Services ($33M branch), Professional Recruiter at Teksystems federal branch ($30M), DHS – TSA Command Center Lead/ Sr. Staffing Specialist at TSA- NCS Pearson($700M) for federalization of US Airports in 2002, Cotelligent($800M) and other IT companies. He holds a degree in Electronics and communications engineering from Andhra University and also studied at the Univ. of Washington & Tuck Business School, Dartmouth College, NH.
